Inclusions& Fees

Baliku Weddings offers complete reception coordination/event management from concept right through to execution and post event.
The associated fees for reception coordination vary depending on the chosen venue, additional services required, and size of the event.

The complexity and time devoted to each and every event varies significantly depending on each couples needs and requirements.

Inclusion:
* The services of a dedicated Wedding Consultant to assume overall responsibility for the reception event
* Conceptual development of the theme of the reception event in consultation with the client

*  Technical and logistical execution of the reception event including creating and providing the required running sheet, event site plan and infrastructure list to the relevant villa management company
*  Sourcing services and suppliers for all aspects of the reception event, including service recommendations and quotation analysis
*  Negotiation and confirmation of contractual arrangements with suppliers and services sourced for the reception event
*  Management of all confirmed services prior, during and post event

Estimated time dedicated to a private villa reception event by the allocated Wedding Consultant and Baliku Weddings assisting staff:
*  25 hours of email correspondence with the client
*  25 hours of email correspondence with suppliers and services
*  1 hour of verbal telephone correspondence with suppliers and services
*  20 hours of physical coordination and management of services prior, during and post event

Please note:  Most villa management companies stipulate that an event organizer must be employed for any wedding or event which is to take place within a private villa.

Important Note About Bank Transfers: All bank fees related to the sending and receiving of payments to baliku weddings are the responsibility of the clients.  We strongly recommend that if paying by Telegraphic Transfer that you check with your bank prior to the transfer to ensure that they do not use a clearing in Jakarta or anywhere else.  This process usually incurs an extra fee (approx US$35.00) and is deducted from our payment.  In any circumstances where this may occur the fee must be reimbursed to baliku weddings upon your arrival in Bali.

Cash
Important Note about Cash in Bali: American Dollar banknotes issued on or before 1996 or those which are torn, stained, faded or damaged in any way will be rejected by all businesses in Bali. Banks and Money Changers are also unwilling to accept such notes and for this reason you are advised to bring only currency, which is in good condition and has been issued from 1997 onwards if you intend to settle any payments with American currency in Bali.

Please Note: Any payments made in cash to Baliku Weddings must be paid in high denomination notes (US$100 notes).   Any change required will be issued to you in the Indonesian currency of Rupiah.

Credit Card Payments
Baliku Weddings does not offer credit card payment facilities.  Credit card payments incur a surcharge fee for the customer of between 3-5% which results in fees that are higher than that of a bank transfer.
